Berggruen Construction & Project Development, a fully owned subsidiary of Berggruen Holdings, was established in 2005 to invest in development projects and income producting real estate in Turkey. Berggruen’s goal is to build environmentally sound, high quality, contemporary architecture in Turkey’s growing real estate sector.

Berggruen Holdings is private company internationally in an extensive range of assest classes, includig direct private equity, stocks and bonds, hedge funds and real estate. Berggruen Holdings was established in 1985 and currently has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Istanbul, Tel Aviv and Mumbai.
