Standard management services include the following:

• Garden maintenance for the houses
• 24 hour security
• Limited technical repairs
• Cleaning of common areas
• Maintenance of pools
• Common area internet
• Tax and insurance payments on behalf of the owners (upon request)

Monthly management fee for 2019 range between 1050 TL – 1350 TL, depending on the size of the garden area.
Optional and extra services include cleaning, laundry, shopping, car rental and airport transfer.
